Safety Facility Services provides interior and exterior painting services for commercial properties. Our commercial painting teams handle concrete, metal, and other commercial materials; we also offer faux finishing, epoxy flooring, power washing, and sand blasting.
Our licensed pest control technicians utilize only the most environmentally friendly procedures and practices to resolve the situation safely and efficiently. Safety’s solution to your pest control needs is called IPM (integrated pest management), a green program designed to minimize the use of spray pesticides. This way, we get rid of pests without potentially harming the health of your employees or office atmosphere. We offer monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly service plans as well as one-time Emergency service calls. All of our technicians are licensed and certified.
As a part of our focus on providing world-class service, all members of our team, including the owners, are available 24/7/365 to respond swiftly to any service call, including extreme weather and emergency situations.
These days technology is an invaluable tool, and the facility maintenance industry is no exception. That’s why Safety has invested in the most cutting-edge software system designed specifically for our industry. This allows us to continually track and optimize our own performance and create the most transparent, user-friendly experience for our customers. This system, among other things, enables Safety and its customers to have real time access to quality assurance reports, open and closed work order history, employee scheduling, timekeeping data, and invoicing details. It sets us apart from the competition and is one of the ways we are able to deliver superior service at a competitive price.
At Safety, we also create and implement a custom service delivery plan for each and every one of our accounts, from the important initial transition period to the ongoing quality assurance visits and reports; we believe in creating and following a road map to success. Our web-based inspection management system, along with our field managers and quality assurance inspectors help us ensure that all account requirements are met on a daily basis and are constantly identifying opportunities for improvement. A typical account will be inspected no less than weekly and in many cases more often.
We recognize that our company is only as good as the service professionals we've chosen to represent us in the field. And we understand the importance of training our employees to perform our services in an efficient, effective and safe manner. We don’t cut corners and our training is on-going. Employees receive extensive, specialized training; including OSHA training by certified instructors, usage of specific equipment and chemicals, green cleaning best practices, and site specific needs.
Similarly, we also have a stringent vetting process for prospective employees. Only 5% of all applicants are offered positions here here at Safety. This ensures that all employees are prescreened and ready to get to working handling your property needs.
